I’ve just received the order referenced below, and I am extremely concerned to find that the items are 100% counterfeit.

• The quality is extremely poor and not in line with authentic Ralph Lauren standards.
• The garments arrived with no Ralph Lauren labels whatsoever.
• It took nearly two weeks for the order to arrive.
• I visited an official Ralph Lauren store, where staff confirmed the items are counterfeit and mentioned they will be referring this matter to their legal team for brand infringement.

Never use, they are terrible.

Just wow… I’ve never know a more unhelpful company. If you want to book a holiday and feel safe in the knowledge the tour operator is working with you, stay far away from this company. They will do everything possible to avoid contact and help. Take it from me, use a reputable company such as TUI or Easy Jet who will support you throughout your whole holiday, from start to finish. These guys are experts at taking your money but you’ve got no chance in any help once the transaction is done. Think they owe me about £3000 in wasted time and phone calls. STAY CLEAR!!!
