The customer service is not helping
I spoke with Portia, Not able to help me at all, she keep giving same suggestions that i already said are not working! The customer service is not helping , is just suggesting me same time overall that do not work. Very time consuming and do not leads to a solution. Also it looks an AI because how a human ca keep repeating same tings when i states that are not working? Awfull.
