Great for a home services business

We operate a home services business. So we are in constant communications with customers and field techs. We have an office team of 5. Text Request allows us to collaborate with everyone via text. Multiple CSRs are able to participate in a conversation using 1 text line. We also love the Group message feature for general comms with our field techs. And TextRequest support is fantastic.
