Order unusable.
I ordered and paid for a tablet it arrived well packaged however it had an incorrect charger and on using one of my own chargers the tablet was not working and damaged.
I then had to travel to the store, a replacement wasn't an option, I was offered a voucher to allow me to purchase in store but I was told the machine had defaulted to a refund on card , so frustrating. I was shown a less than great 6th series for 30euro more than the 100 i had already paid! I was disappointed aside from this frustrating once off situation I have found cex to be extremely helpful and very useful reliable store, particularly their back up support I have been a customer for over a decade this was my 1st bad experience apologies if my frustration got the better of my review...

My daughter introduced me to Firmoo when she got her glasses and I was able to try glasses on virtually, i was able to chose from so many styles and I was able to afford pairs for general use and a pair of sunglasses.
