A great local set-up where one can undertake the somewhat unpleasant task of having blood drawn in a very friendly and calming environment.

The person who took my blood was very professional, whilst also being relatable and engaging.

You can now also buy a rewarding tea/coffee/cake from the same place once the matter at hand has been done.

These idiots sent the wrong trye size. They then took 4 days to answer my emails. After which, without apologizing for the massive inconvenience they have put me through, they tell me to repackage the item and drive to my nearest post office 20mins away using my petrol etc; and then wait up to 4 weeks to receive a refund...! They are taking the piss. Avoid if you can. Because this is the way they treat customers when things go wrong!

The young female nurse that kindly drew a blood sample from me was great - she projected confidency and competency so as to make me feel totally at ease. She was thorough yet caring, professional yet empathetic. It was all much appreciated.

Pathetic company seemingly run by amateurs: none of their email addresses work, including on their own website. Called to make an appointment. The receptionist for some reason was unable to do this most simple of tasks. Promised to call me back. But NEVER did. If they show such disdain before they have my money, imagine what they'll do when they DO!

I was a little apprehensive buying a £4,000 bike from an unknown seller in Spain (I live in the UK). But there was no need. This company was very professional and helpful from start to finish. Eduardo and Iraitz were great. My bike, a Stumpjumper Pro Evo, arrived in perfect condition.

Thought I’d write a quick review on my experience of TecoBuy – based on the fact that I believe many people have too harshly penalized them for things that are ultimately out of their control.
On the 11th March 2021 I bought a Fiio M15 costing £1019.
It arrived today (26th Match 2021) in perfect condition.
Sure, in a world where most things are delivered the next day, waiting 15 days seems a little odd.. But who really cares if you’re saving hundreds of pounds, as I did.
I received a tracking number – which wasn’t of much help. But again, the important thing is that the item arrived in a little over 2 weeks – and for this inconvenience, I now have nearly £200 to spend on other things… You do the math!
People who are so impatient or spoilt that they want the cheapest bargain right now are being unrealistic. If you can’t wait, and money means nothing to you, then jump into your car and shop in the high street (in normal times).
So, in summary, though I was cautious after seeing so many negative reviews, I realized that the vast majority were nothing to do with the products Tecobuy are selling – and everything to do with people acting like kids.
Of course, use Paypal should your own experience end differently than mine.
But, basically: buy, save and wait.
