Very quick response by email during business hours of course. But the 24/7 online application is extremely helpful when needed. Anyone I’ve emailed with or spoken too has been very respectful, straightforward and transparent with all information. If you’ve applied for a loan but don’t need it right away. They keep that application on file for 30days then you only need to do an IBV and it makes the whole process so much faster and easier!! Thank you!!
