I would strongly advise avoiding this car park.
I pre-booked a space because I wanted hassle-free overnight parking and an early departure from Belfast on Sunday morning. The car park was advertised as being open 24/7, so I expected no issues.
However, when I arrived at the entrance, I stopped directly in front of the shutters to allow my registration plate to be recognised, but nothing happened. The shutters never opened, despite my booking being fully paid for in advance.
As a result, I had to find alternative parking at short notice. The only available option was across the road, but unfortunately that car park did not open until 12pm on Sunday. This completely disrupted my plans and forced me to change my entire day. On top of that, I had to pay for another overnight parking space.
The customer service was equally disappointing. It took nearly two weeks for them to respond to my complaint and refund request. When they finally replied, they refused a refund, claiming that the car park manager had confirmed the facility was open 24/7 and that the entrance was clearly marked. After that, my concerns were simply ignored.
The £8 charge itself is not a huge amount of money, but the way this situation was handled is completely unacceptable. The lack of support, accountability, and customer care is what really stands out.
I visit Belfast regularly and often require overnight parking, but I will never use this car park again. They seem happy to take your money, but customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority.
Avoid if you can.

They are basically Stealing money!
I cancelled booking with them because they had an problem adding extra passenger, wouldn't give me the room I wanted and had to book flight myself. I cancelled and paid administration fee 78 euros!
On top of the deposit I paid earlier over 330 euros
This cancellation cost me over 400 euros, but I had flight I though so at least that, THEY CANCELLED THE FLIGHTS AND CLAIMED REFUND ON MY BEHALF!!!
