I am very sorry for your experience. I do believe we have spoken and we have assisted you with a pre paid returns label for the jeans. Some of our newer items don't actually have tags as they are graded in a slightly different way to our older items. Your sku numbers can always be found on your order confirmation though. I trust that the issue with the returns portal and your address has now been resolved, if not please do get back in touch and i will assist you further.
