We have bought from Procook for many years and have always being pleased with the products and service.
We needed new frying pans and bought various options - non Procook. Disappointed with them all.
Made a trip to our closest Procook store and came away with three frying pans , a casserole dish and some very neat pan protectors.
So far, so good, we have used each piece and they are superb.
We could buy online but prefer to go to the store - the staff are very helpful.

Very good price with an easy purchase and booking online system.
Staff very cheery and polite, work done while I waited.
It did take over an hour but that included tracking checked all round.

This is a well established company, with many years experience in the world of Hi Fi.
They know what they are talking about and if you listen to their advice you will get the best system for your budget.

On line transactions are very straightforward and easy to carry out.
My only slight irritation is the inability to make more than one transaction - you have to wait until "pending" is gone.
For example if you wish to add to the cash hub from two different accounts and then put the total into another account, you cannot do this in one transaction.

Very quick delivery and excellent seeds well priced. P&P charge also very reasonable. I have bought from this company before and will certainly return.

Brilliant customer service and very good, sometimes unusual wines. Makes you try wine that you would not necessarily buy when doing the grocery shop. We have had some stunning varieties as good prices.
