I liked the competitive quote but communication via the log in or email was non existent. I was away on holiday and panicking because I knew I was low and found that although the log in said still processing I had in fact had a delivery 5 days earlier. No emails at all. 05/01/2025.

You are failing to send my reminders even though I have reset them several times in my app.

Always been a good service. For some reason reminders stopped coming after about a year but I reset them and hopefully it should be ok now. Otherwise all good.

This company is atrocious. I’ve been waiting since 7th December for a delivery that should have arrived by 21st December they don’t answer the phone ever and they have ignored over 10 emails.
This is the worst company ever which is a shame as prior to this I have always used them. Now I don’t know what to do. If I order elsewhere they could turn up tomorrow and if I do nothing I will run out of oil.
Any ideas anyone?

HYM430SPER Arrived next day, delivered by Mr Miserable, goods packaged well and easy assembly.
Bit disappointed it had a plastic roller.My last mower was a Mountfield Empress. Starts easy on the button, needs getting used to as unlike my last mower it stopped immediately on release but the Hyundai travels on for another few feet when you let go of the lever particularly when you do a short burst to turn round,which is a bit disconcerting, hopefully that will correct itself as the newnest wears off otherwise I wont have any flowers left. (Yes it is adjusted right).
Overall a good well made product and excellent value for money. Pay the extra for the Electric start its worth it.
Be interested to hear from someone on the delayed stopping.

They delivered exactly what I ordered at a reasonable price

Having been waiting since February for a meter to be installed and basically ignored for 5 months just by luck my today phone call was answered by Craig Smith. I explained my situation as l had done in over 6 previous emails and 5 phone calls but this time l found someone who really cared. I was living with no electricity and just a temporary lead from next door. I am a pensioner and this time Craig was determined to sort something out for me. Within 4 hours of my phone call l had a meter fitted. Craig Smith thank you. I just wished you had answered the phone back in February.
