I've been buying dogtags with engraving from them for 8 years for my wife's and my anniversary. It's a fun little thing I do. Anyway, I've personally seen a deterioration of engraving quality from 2018 to 2026. The 2018 engraving was nice and deep, readable, and showed quality. Every year since 2022, I've seen the engraving get shallower and shallower to where I'm likely going to switch companies and get the last 4 years redone. I think LYP just lost my business.

This website essentially stole my money. I went to hotel.de to book a hotel in Interlaken, Switzerland for the following night. However, the email confirmation showed the booking in Lauderbach, Switzerland. This was strange so I verified that I booked in the right place. I certainly made no mistake. I called the company multiple times and they said they’d review the transaction. It’s been several months and they haven’t made any progress.

I’d be careful about booking with them due to the possibility that they simply get the booking location wrong for some hotels. My only experience with them has been negative.

They answer calls and try help. Nevertheless, I was unable to create an account for some reason and couldn’t redeem any of my points after multiple purchases. On the product side, many brackets were missing, they didn’t respond when asking about the bracket issue, and the installer said that they have this weird electrical system for the lights that is counterintuitive with many electrical systems. It’s kind of dangerous because the hot side is male. Easy to get electrocuted.

To me and my experiences at least, Chewy.com goes far beyond what is expected from a pet service and product site. I am planning on using them almost exclusively for all pet-related needs. Thanks to all the customer service folks that made all transactions easy and answered all my questions well.

Their shoes are of terrible quality. After wearing them for about 2 hours, I soon realized that the mechanics of the belt (that ties them to your feet) is itchy, loose, and easily breakable.
Not only that, but after ordering from them, I'm getting countless junk mail from them (though I tried to unsubscribe many times). Do not infect yourself with this failure of a company.

They lack professionalism. When purchasing a webcam from them, they did not indicate on the product description page that the item was out of stock. The only reason I bought from them was because I thought they had the item in stock and ready to ship. It so happens I waited almost a year to get the product. I ended up buying from another company months later.

The shoes I bought were the right size, but the tightening mechanism keeps coming loose. This makes me need to tighten it every 5 minutes when walking in them. I use it for outdoor construction shoes because I don’t want to waste the money spent to buy them. Unfortunately, they are a hazard because they keep coming loose.

On top of that, they keep sending me text messages even though I unsubscribe to them. Don’t buy their stuff. You’ll pay way more than you’ll get.

Customer service is sometimes slow at responding. One of the parts was damaged and I requested a replacement of part. A person emailed me back saying that they don't see my order in their system, so I sent them a screen shot of the order confirmation number on the email I received.
About two weeks later, I finally got the parts. Another piece broke while assembling and they shipped another replacement piece to me at no cost. Very helpful!
