Ordering process at checkout was tedious. Had to make numerous attempts for the payment to be processed. Also the delivery schedule options had a few issues (perhaps a temporary glitch in the system). From a product and price perspective, it was reasonable and once delivery was scheduled, it turned up on time as expected.

Easy, quick and competitive.

Wide selection of sports wear, most of which are at very reasonable prices. Delivery is as per the delivery times given upon order.

I would have given 5 stars, however, we got off to a slow start. The slow start wasn't the speed of the service, but the delivery of the format / content. Once Tuli was on board, the speed and quality of work tremendously improved and the results were excellent.

Frequently order from sportsdirect.com (I live overseas), but its simple and easy to get what you want shipped and you still make savings.

Last order consisted of a few pairs of trainers for the kids. 2 pairs were good qualities, but both Reebok pairs were poorly made (sole coming off one and excess yellow glue on the other). That's the downside of ordering from overseas in that it's a hassle to send back returns.

Having said that, every other order has been great and it could have just been a poor Reebok batch.

Called me after I ordered because I put a note / request, in case they had a larger size (was shown as "sold out" in system), and told me that they were able to find one and send it. Great customer sservice.
