A genuinely excellent store; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who are never overbearing. Lots of options across the range of their products and a great clearance department with some brilliant bargains. I will be using John Doe for replacement carpets, flooring and sofas in the very near future.

The product I purchased didn't arrive. I sent numerous emails regarding this to you which you ignored. I'm now pursuing reimbursement via my credit card and they can deal with you. My advice to anyone else is to never use you.

Beautiful flowers artistically put together; faultless presentation and delivery. I hate to criticise but I just expected more for the money....perhaps I am expecting too much but I was underwhelmed by the size of the bouquet I ordered compared to similar bouquets that I would usually buy for a third of the price........
