Fedex has become the most unreliable service there is. It is almost impossible to get a live Customer Service Rep, they give estimated delivery window that they never make, and then when that time is past you can't even see where the driver is anymore. I'm expecting a delivery of perishable items, tracking shows it left the Fedex location about 4 hours away at 2:30 am it is now 12pm and still shows in route. The website still says delivery today beteen 11 and 3. I'll be lucky to see it tomorrow. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

I ordered for the first time my dogs flea and tick medication on line from this Company. It took about two weeks to find out our Vet here in Fla. had to give me a hard copy and I had to Mail them the RX.
I mailed it the day I received it. The problem started after I waited about 6 days to see if they received the RX and got a new story from customer service on every call. I heard it was at the bottom of the pile, to they did not have it,(even though the last REP. told me they had it, to it was mailed, to they still were still working on it. When I looked on line it showed they were still waiting for RX. I am sure Customer Service documents when you call the company. It took almost one month to finally receive this and they sent it the slowest way possible, and only after I talked to a Supervisor and complained.
When I wrote them a complaint, I received an e mail back blaming it on my Vets time line. I will NEVER order from this Company and if you need anything quick, I would not order from this company ever.
