Terrible rip off

So when you check in they have a system that means unless you pay 18 euro to jump the queue it is a massive wait to check in . Poor service and many hidden charges. Avoid

I won’t bother again

I won’t bother again ! Ordered an advent calendar now it turns out not to be in stock and they have no idea when it can be delivered. Contacting the help desk is a waste of time
