I've written this once, and I'll do it again. The YT customer service is simply the best!

First, when I got my bike through their website and I almost got it stolen by DHL staff in Portugal, YT customer service jumped right on it and offered me a new bike if mine would be declared as "lost". Not only that, but they reached out to DHL and, from that moment on, things took on a new turn and my bike was delivered in 24 hours.

Now, for the second time, I've reached out to their customer service asking about an upgrade to a pair of Magura MT7 brakes, and again they were incredibly helpful! They totally when above and beyond with the information and support given, and I couldn't be happier with their approach.

The customer service at YT is excellent.

My bike was given as lost by DHL, and after contacting YT's customer support they were immediately on it, and offered to provide support until we would find a solution. Eventually, DHL found my bike after 10 days, and the CSR team at YT was extremely thoughtful and returned my phone call back to ensure everything was okay with the delivery.

I can't stress enough how good their customer support is, which nowadays is so hard to find. Kudos for having such a great team of professionals that care about their customers and products. What a great company!

Worst customer service in history!
They've started out by being very helpful and responsive, but have soon stopped replying to my emails, even after I sent them messages both on Facebook and Instagram!
Plus, they have also deleted my review on their Facebook page. Outrageous..
