My experience with the Milan City Pass was very disappointing. The information provided was not clear at all, and the phone support only made things more confusing instead of helping. I felt misled by the explanations, which were not transparent about what was actually included.
In the end, I didn’t even manage to do the attraction I booked, and I lost both time and money. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and reliable service.
