It was my first time ordering through Myprotein. They sent me the wrong product. Then refused to send me the product I had actually ordered until I had sent them back the wrong item. The returns process was convoluted and frustrating. Their customer service is incompetent. The lack of organisation is obvious at every level from shipping to customer service. Avoid.

Deceptive marketing. Whilst clearly stating free shipping all over their website Lohause manages to write in small print that there may be some import fees associated with some orders. Also not clear where their glasses are manufactured and at no point during the buying process do Lohause make this clear. There is a small section on a separate FAQ page mentioning this in vague terms. I now have an additional £60 bill to pay on top of the cost of glasses.

Totally dishonest marketing/advertising and Lohause are clearly absolving themselves of any responsibility as ‘it is mentioned in the small print’. When challenged Lohause doubled down and did not offer to resolve/reconcile the issue.

This is clearly an issue for this company given the previous reviews but something that Lohause refuse to take any responsibility for. I will never buy from Lohause again and would not recommend them at all. Reporting to trading standards for misleading advertisement.

Easy to use, fast, efficient service. Amazing customer support. Banking how it should be!
