My experiences have all been very good. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because I’m supposed to have an ongoing work perk through Venngo, however the site only allowed me to use it once. Maybe a perk not explained well so not sure who is responsible for that, but as far as service, product and communication I am very happy with Tru Lens
