Review of Lassie
I used to be insured with Agila
I used to be insured with Agila, but unfortunately their new price increases, made try another insurance company. So I moved to Lassie, influenced by the positive reviews. One month has passed since I sent a vet bill and still no refund (which has been approved).
I am not satisfied by how slow the refunds are done here. By the end of the contract, I might move back to Agila, despite the increase.

Review of Collectif
Terrible quality
I've been a Collectif costumer for a few years and I can definitely say the quality has been dropping drastically lately. Broken zippers, buttons falling down, fabric ripping, bobbling, poor materials.... these are all isues that should not happen constantly with basically every new product.
Collectif opted for a model of fast fashion, lower quality made in china clothes, that is only worth buying during sale season.
I would prefer having high quality garnments for a fair price, than cheap no quality clothes at 50% off.
I completely stopped buying collectif, but I would return as a faithful costumer if quality increases like in the old days.

Best costumer service! Beautiful clothes.
Top vintage has by far the best costumer service from all the online stores I've ever used. They kindly replied to my question regarding payment in 2 hours, vs other online stores that sometimes took 2-7days.
Their selection of clothes is amazing, I couldn't wait to get my order!
Package is gorgeous, the clothes came beautifully wrapped in purple paper and there was a little gift included. The quality of the products is good, I'm very happy with everything.
I only wish Top vintage could ship for free to Portugal and then I'd be shopping more often.
