Fast delivery, easy installation and responsive customer service even in English! Ordering a 5G Cube was smooth, it arrived quickly and everything worked super fast as expected. Very happy with both the service and the support we got.

Cheap, but never before I had to call my bank's customer service so often. Blocked transactions out of the blue which you can only resolve with customer service on weekdays. If it wasn't for the Austrian IBAN and the free account I wouldn't stay.

Used them in Thailand and Singapore, best and cheapest eSIM service I've ever used for travel. They've improved massively comparing to 1 year ago, when ChatGPT used to not work with them due to them being Hong Kong Based - no such issues this year.

If you ever need customer service, they immediately hang up on you if you don't speak German. And even if you speak German, difficult to cancel a subscription I no longer want.
