This review is about The Range customer service, which was efficient and responsive ( although expect it was ai not a real person - impeccable English and formality from the 50s! ). That said, my incomplete order was chased up with the external marketplace supplier and on the 3rd attempt , I received the complete order.

Excellent deal at The Hard Rock Hotel. The hotel staff are really helpful. I think the late check out on the travelzoo deal causes the front desk team problems with room availability at check in time. Our room not ready but we were taken to the bar for a free drink to compensate which was nice 😊
