Die seite ist unübersichtlich, zuviele informationen, nicht einfach step by step erklärt, dies könnte verbessert werden

ordered already several times, always good experience, products arrived in good quality as expected, not next day but at a very good price. Never had a warranty issue, so cannot rate this.

Ordered an SSD disk from seagate (firecuda) beginning of november, product not available but they can order.. found another disk 24tb at the beginning of january for a very good price.. received 4 weeks later product no more available order cancelled..
bit surprised since seagate is a good manufacturer.. cancelled my previous order as well.. the contact with the shopnwas good, always kind, never received a status update from their side which they can improve.. i'm a bit disappointed, not nice.. hardware availability made this a sad experience..

Read the reviews before I ordered and my expectations were surpassed. I accedentically ordered the wrong size of glasses and the support suddenly responded and also provided a very nice guide on how to return them. I have received the correct size without any issues. The delivery was fast and the glasses are also very nice. I alredy recommended Sunglassfix to friends! Looking forward to my next order. Very kind and awesome support!

Ich finde es einen Witz, dass seit Jahren meine Lieblingsartikel nicht verfügbar sind, deshalb kaufe ich auch fast nie was auf Zalando, da dies für mich nicht zufriedenstellend ist! Ansonsten hat versand etc. Immer sehr gut funktioniert, was eigentlich schade für Zalando ist.

If you order from this company and everything runs smooth, count yourself as a lucky person. BUT if you expect that they have any support forget it!
- I received a voucher cause somethint went wrong.
Do you believe you can use it? haha start dreaming. You can fill in the Code but the total amount remains unchanged!
if you then expect to receive any help, sorry your wrong there..
1) try call them, no one picks up, just the phone announcement
->You will be disconnected after 2 Minutes, NO Chance to leave a message or get a Callback
2) you open a ticket
- you receive the answer after several days the problem is your browser you give them a bad rating, response that your ticket is not solved
->NO ONE cares
3) you open another ticket that they should call you
->Ticket will be closed without reaction
4) you send them an email with the screenshot explaining that they system is crap.
-> You receive again the Browser email.
Sorry, tried several browsers on several systems.
NICE Money Making! Well done TradeInn, you should be banned from the internet.
UPDATE:
2-3 Weeks later i just tried again, and it worked this time..
SAD no one from trade-inn cares about it..

Ja leider unzufrieden.
Es war kurz vor Weihnachten und ein anderer Foto-Lieferant hat es ziemlich verkackt. Kurzerhand bei Myposter.CH bestellt (CH Seite wohlgemerkt)
Ging dann auch Zackig (Express-Bestellung (Aufpreis von 30.-sfr)).
Bestellung kam pünktlich, Qualität der ware war gut, die Bilder hätten ein wenig schöner sein können.
Paar tage später kamen dann noch Verzollungsgebühren in einer separaten REchnung, von 25.50 sfr. Diese wurden dann auf Reklamation zurückerstattet, jedoch der Aufwand ist müehsam.
Steht auch niergends auf der Homepage. Ziemlich schlechte Dienstleistung wenn Sie mich fragen, vielen ist die Reklamaion sicherlich zu mühsam.

8 Tage dauerte die Lieferung, was noch ok ist.
Die Reifen sind jedoch älter als 1 Jahr.
