Was delighted with the ease with which I could find the desired product, order, pay and have delivered in a very timely manner. All good! The product in question was a laundry bag (tired of using pillow case ) - I feel if I attempted to buy this in a regular shop I might find it difficult to source. For me that is the joy of online shopping- finding the difficult to find!

Ordered an item as Christmas gift on 12th December. No disclaimer to say I might not have item for Christmas. Offer to pay extra for express delivery, which I did for my own peace of mind. I think it was 3 day express delivery. No sign of item a week later, though the delivery tracking message reassured me my money had been taken, and at the same time confirmed that the item was waiting to be dispatched. At that point I started contacting the company, first by phone but an eighth minute wait in the queue could not be tolerated. The message suggested contacting by email. An automated response said I might have to wait 24 hrs for a response. Waited longer, and next night emailed again. Eventually I think it was 21st December when item was dispatched, and by some stroke of irony that same day I was emailed a guide to setting up and using the item - which I had not yet received. It would take two working days for delivery. That would be some day after 25th December..... so as a Christmas gift it has not materialised. The delivery address I provided will not be open until 3rd January. So a New Year's gift. ...? Perhaps.
What would I have expected? A disclaimer on 12th December which would forewarn me. Less speed taking the money and more haste delivering the item. There has to be a balance between these two actions.

Very pleased with Quickcrop website. It's such a convenience when looking for particular items which I want to enhance previously purchased raised beds. Still haven't got around to fixing the hoops in place but I look forward to doing so and using mesh purchased to keep raised beds a cat free zone.
Were it not for the website I would not have found such a straightforward solution.
