So easy and convenient

Card was great, turn around was great, delivery condition not great!;I know this isn't a Moonpig issue but packaged in a stiffer hard board envelope would have avoided the creasing of the card.

Great glasses, great prices but everything time my order is wrong. They quickly resolve the issue but so much money could be saved by them if they were not sending an order out twice

Recently went through the process of moving to a fully digital one. Had a voucher card that would let me get an adapter if my DECT phones were not working. Went through the process to get a FREE adapter, the shop ended up charging me just under £15.00. Complained and had a canned response. Awful service

Vision Express wanted £240 to put new lenses in old frames, I got two pairs of VariFocals for £114! Initially the prescription was wrong so they sent two new pairs (not requiring the wrong order back) excellent value, glasses and service

Our local garden centre had the product we wanted at £99.99 each (we required 2). A quick search on Google found we could get the same item at £85 each so an impressive £30 saving. I normally would stop there as Amazon beat most online retailers but I decided to look a little more and found Hamilton Gas Products doing the same item for under £49 each! too good to be true? NO - Outstanding!! They sold them and sent them from Ireland to mainland UK for half the price my local garden centre would which is 2 miles up the road -= A great service.
