Phone number listed on Facebook and Trustpilot for this company does not work. They do respond to emails however. Failed collections for seemingly arbitrary reasons (courier could not find property, packaging not to exact specification) and fees for each recollection should be considered before using.

Firstly, great website with transparent pricing (no permanent "sale" just competitive prices) makes it easy to get a quote unlike certain other companies with pushy salesmen. Secondly the quality is fantastic at least comparable with the big names, and made in U.K. to boot. Delivery was fine although the standard delivery gives a 2 day window so be prepared! Lastly the customer service was excellent with all minor issues dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner. An excellent company all round in my experience.
