I have just done my second cruise with P and O. Excellent. This cruise was for 14 days and a pleasure. The organisation including flights is incredible. Every single thing works.
Great food and a wonderful experience

Terrible. They are still sending out text adverts to buy fuel despite knowing they have none to deliver. I paid for mine 5 weeks ago and they have lied again and again. Shame - they used to be really good.
UPDATE: To their credit they then refunded the money a few weeks after this review.

I have a booking email reference if necessary to prove what I say. I waited in from 1-5pm and phoned at 4pm to ask if they were still coming - they said yes and by 5pm still no one turned up or called back with apology. Absolute muppets.

Pret has spiralled. Krispy Crème now own it and I now hardly ever go - only when there is no alternative. Im afraid I think they are just profiteering.
Coffee is dire. Overpriced and over worked staff. Most of time staff are neutral or surly. They used to be friendly.

Fantastic quality and always a great fit. I love Vanquish products and think they are good value for money as they stand the test of time. Also great customer service. Thumbs up from me

I ordered two shirts. Quality and fit quite nice but nothing special. No problem Returned one as per t and c’s.
Spent money on tracked return. They received shirt - never refunded money despite numerous emails and messages from me.
Not one single word.
UPDATE: I did eventually (after 4 weeks) receive a refund BUT not communication and no apology)
Good shirts but really need to improve service

I went to Portugal for a week with Tui and booked the Chronomics Amber package which TUI recommended. You get an amazing price through TUI and have to take your Fit to fly sample to a TUI store directly which is important to remember.
The service from start to end was fantastic and I can recommend this package highly. Smooth efficient and reliable. The packages turn up when they say they will will and the lab turn arounds are fast.

I ordered some clothing from their site. It never arrived and nor did an order confirmation. However I got an email in Italian saying the money had been taken from my card and it had. But this is without a SCAM. How awful that they have no intention of selling clothing only nicking hard earned money

I bought an office chair. Long story short. It wasn’t for me.
Being a bulky item return which I was unable to dismantle myself I needed a bigger box to return the item.
Customer service arranged for me. They were really helpful and especially in the time of Covid they sorted the collection for me and the refund.
Chair was good but not for me.
Customer service excellent :)

Never flown with them before... I will again.
Their slogan “friendly low cost” is actually true. I happened to call them to ask for special assistance for a relative and got through after 3 rings to a human who was really helpful ... it was arranged in seconds. At both airports everything was easy, no fuss and friendly.
Aircraft was clean and on board team great.

The sales man in the Old Kent Road branch, Aaron, was really helpful and the carpet is great quality. In store service was first class. The fitters didn’t do a great job initially - a couple of edges weren’t tacked down properly BUT as soon as I realised I told carpet right and they arranged another fitter to re do it promptly and it now fits perfectly.

Purchased a handle full of times and always v fast service and delivery - great prices and product selection. 5/5 thanks
