The last order placed arrived in a dreadful state, with the outer box completely damaged and the contents of the order in total disarray. Complaint was logged with the company at the time. So hopefully more card will be taken in future, as committed to by the company following the last fiasco.

I bought an expensive pair of Ben Sherman Shoes, beautiful to look at and wear - for a day or tow, that is! I am now on Day 3 of wearing them, and I nearly tripped on the pavement as the sole came away from the shoe on the right hand foot. What a pair of crap shoes! Never, ever again. Seems like they think they can produce inferior quality footwear without any regard for the personal safety of the wearer. Shame on you Ben Sherman. I'll never purchase anything form your label again. Load of rubbish!

We previously booked and travelled through Abbey Travel in the past year. We found their service to be excellent, from the first moment of initial enquiry through to the last minute telephone calls on any changes and amendments leading up to the actual departure date. Dealt with Joanna Corrigan previously, so opted to deal with her again this time around. Her advice and attention to detail is second to none. She is extremely knowledgeable about the various holidays that they offer, and our experience has been that she goes above and beyond the call of duty to bespoke our specific and exacting plans, at times when we are unsure of aspects of the process. I would highly recommend this agency. First class attention to the customer needs throughout the entire process. That's exactly why we returned to book with them again this year! They gave us peace of mind that our holiday is in safe hands! 👍

The booking process was so easy and seamless.

Everything about the rental was excellent, from time of initial booking to final drop off of the vehicle after the holiday. Only one note of caution - the Economy Car is VERY VERY SMALL, and not really suitable if you have any amount of luggage, as you end up having to use the back seat for the cases. Also, when out shopping throughout the holiday, the Trunk/Boot space was not very secure for the safe-keeping of purchases throughout the day. I cannot understand why such a small car has been introduced to the rental market. I'd never book this category again. However, I would book with Rentalcars.com. Company very good! Car choice not so good!

The booking process was seamless from time of initial booking to final payment of monies due prior to travelling. We were correctly and accurately informed at all times throughout the booking process, and got exactly what we paid for. No false promises. It was exactly as had been advertised. We were particularly impressed with the staged reminders of when the final payment was due, so we were able to ensure that we timed the payment perfectly to coincide with other financial outlays at that time.
