The package was damaged and the item was broken in the box. Maybe your drivers should stop throwing the items however they want when they load the truck.

You need to report the damage to your sender, within 5 working days of recieving your parcel. Please take picktures of all the outer surfaces of the parcel, as well as the inner protection, and send them to your sender.
