necklace warped out of shape after less than one month of wear. When I reported the issue I was told that "the warranty does not cover wear and tear". The whole experience was icky, poor customer service, and disingenuous communication, I did not get the impression they wanted to help me at all. I have no idea what warranty would cover if not something that breaks immediately.

will fall apart after one wear
Bad quality and they don't stand behind their products at all.
I bought a pair of leggings that fell apart on the first wear. When I contacted them with photos they were not concerned about the quality whatsoever. Sadly I had waited over a month to wear them for the first time so they refused to even discuss a repair or replacement.
It is pretty sad that their tagline is "buy once, wear forever"
will certainly never purchase anything from them again.
