We book very low cost tickets to Poland, but we ended up paying extra for the cabin bag, which was only a couple of cm larger ! We had no idea there was a difference in sizes and the staff told us with very rude manners. On the way back, they decided not to accept driving license as ID (which was OK when we left) and they denied us to board. We had to book with SAS, of course paying quite high prices for the last minute tickets.
As I read from the other reviews, they also are known for causing different troubles, so just stay away from this company!
