Again excellent service.Price great, receptionist efficient & polite.My experience of the delivery by DHL abysmal.Complaint lodged on JUNE 19 & several times since but to date no reply or apology from them.Why are companies so different with regard to customer service?

DHL chooses to acknowledge the complaint with an AI generated reference number but no action is taken to contact customer with a response.If I could rate using NIL stars I would as a wait in excess of 2 weeks is diabolical.

What a disgraceful company.Have been waiting 8 days for a resolution to a delivery problem.All my repeated enquiries just receive a new ID number from AI & no action at all from customer service.Trading standards should investigate this company.
