Avoid them. I joined long ago thinking it would be good perks. The result is no card to use and paying 6.99 for nothing for months. I finally tried seriously to cancel instead of being lazy and paying a subscription for nothing. Sadly, you click pause and the subscription restarts. The close your account page send you to 404 pages (for the Fill Out The Account Closure Form and Contact Support). The AI chatbot never connects you to a human. I tried to find a way to speak to someone, joined the Discord, and got banned nearly immediately with a message saying I was a robot. And zero answer from my emails (just an automatic message, not even a case number). Really frustrating experience overall.

It's just so convenient from time to time. The staff is always friendly which is good too.

All good a tiny bit cheaper, but obviously I feel I will be spammed from now on. I unticked newsletter boxes when paying and I already unregistered to a newsletter to rent a car, now receiving this survey... For about £1.5 cheaper on my return flight... oh well.
