Having rented for over 20 years, Southernbrook (formerly Clarks) is, without question, the most incompetent letting agency I have ever dealt with.
In my experience, property photos were edited in ways that misrepresented the condition of the property, and unjustified cleaning charges were later invented to withhold money from my deposit. Communication was poor throughout, and I was given information by staff that later proved to be untrue.

I get the impression landlords may be satisfied, but as a tenant the service was appalling. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think very carefully before dealing with this agency. I will never use them again.

Rob is a brilliant guy. It’s the second time I’ve unfortunately had car woes but he has been amazing on both occasions. Prompt, knowledgeable, and solves the issue really quickly.

I want to be fair, ordering a product on Dec 2nd and not getting it for 3 weeks isn't the end of the world. COVID in the UK has made international orders a bit difficult. Having said that, they didn't tell me a UK website was shipping from Germany and didn't give an ETA upfront. Now they have closed their website to all deliveries in the UK with some vague excuse they can't. Also, the screen cover has air bubbles on it. Could be user error in application but not a great experience overall. Would not reccomend.

Easy to order, helpful website. Customer service was great considering they were contending with lock down. Very good prices. Delivery drivers were very polite, even unwrapped and put the legs on! They wore foot covers to protect the carpets as well.

Sofa themselves are well made, nice materials. £6-700 for two brand new 3 seaters is amazing! Don’t expect high quality filling, these aren’t 20 year sofas, but they are very good value for money.

Safestyle installed a sliding door on our property, they didn't seal it properly and it called my wooden floors to swell. When we complained they claimed it wasn't them even though they came and reinstalled and they contract confirmed it was the issue. £500 of compensation was offered as a donation to the £2,000+ repair cost. We gave up fighting them, they now keep pestering me with unsolicited phone calls to sell me more windows. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
