Incredibly poor customer service
I previously left a review about Pandora not honouring a promotion despite still advertising it on the website, and was given a public response as if Pandora were going to be helpful and resolve the issue for me. However, privately, Pandora couldn’t have been less helpful. Today, Regina, told me ‘we are unable to honor the free jewelry box promotion as it was no longer running on 22/10/25 and there must have been a system glitch on the website hence why it was still showing.’ As if this issue was mine, instead of Pandoras. A vastly different response to the ‘Do not hesitate to get in touch with the team directly in order to have this situation clarified and sorted out for you’ reply you gave here. Incredibly deceitful
