Incredibly poor customer service

I previously left a review about Pandora not honouring a promotion despite still advertising it on the website, and was given a public response as if Pandora were going to be helpful and resolve the issue for me. However, privately, Pandora couldn’t have been less helpful. Today, Regina, told me ‘we are unable to honor the free jewelry box promotion as it was no longer running on 22/10/25 and there must have been a system glitch on the website hence why it was still showing.’ As if this issue was mine, instead of Pandoras. A vastly different response to the ‘Do not hesitate to get in touch with the team directly in order to have this situation clarified and sorted out for you’ reply you gave here. Incredibly deceitful

Misleading promotions

Another free promotion, another misleading order where the item isn’t included.
Promotion for a free jewellery box is showing on the main website and when I sign into my account, despite a chat agent telling me the promotions over. Spent £100 and told the items I ordered weren’t included anyway despite it showing no exclusions. This seems to happen every time. VERY misleading

Appalling

Absolutely appalling. I brought Wartner wart and verruca remover and the product is absolutly useless. Followed all instructions, used for the time advised and it made absolutely no difference. I contacted them directly and gave all information requested and they are refusing to do anything about this situation. Avoid at all costs. This is company that does NOT care about its customers

Disappointing

I had a really poor experience with Red Letter Days, I left a review and was redirected to an email address for the situation to be looked into and hopefully rectified. I’ve emailed several times and only had 1 reply. It seems even on trustpilot the replies are only to seem helpful publicly, but no interest in doing so in private. An issue that could be resolved and made right to stay a customer, if handled correctly, but instead I’ve been ignored. Poor

Think twice before buying

This is the second time I’ve brought something from red letter day where the voucher comes with absolutely no information on how to redeem it. After going to the website and typing in the voucher code, the number wasn’t recognised so I had to email and wait for responses from the company I was buying from which meant the delivery day depended on their responses and made the desired date for delivery was pushed back, missing the birthday it was brought for. This is incredibly disappointing and poor service.

Very disappointed

I’m really disappointed by my experience. I purchased an afternoon tea home delivery experience from piglets pantry and was emailed a voucher. The email contained absolutely no information on how to order it and just kept leading me back to the red letter days website and look through other experiences, but nothing on how to redeem the one I’ve just brought. I was incredibly concerned as this was needed for a particular date and I was worried it was a scam. After searching online for piglets pantry direct I emailed them and they were incredibly helpful and provided all the assistance that RLD’s lacks. The direct website advertised the afternoon tea for £10 less than I paid and were the ones who did everything directly. I am incredibly disappointed in multiple ways with red letter days and if I would’ve done it directly, I would’ve saved more money, stress and upset.

Awful

Incredibly disappointed not only by the product but by the customer service and how it is completely different in a public reply on trustpilot and then privately in emails.
I had a pair of boxers brought by a friend therefore I know none of the order details, which I made very clear from the beginning, and was lead to believe the situation would be put right with a new pair. However, after emailing I was offered only a 25% discount towards another pair despite only wanting to try a pair that are on clearance as a replacement. After having poor quality experience why would I want to spend more money with such little aftercare help.

The item wasn’t deemed faulty — the thread visible in the photo appears to be from the care label. These are loosely attached by design so they naturally detach over time, rather than needing to be pulled or cut off, which can risk damaging the fabric.

Order details were unavailable — since the product was received as a gift and we couldn’t identify the original purchase, we’re limited in what we can offer. That said, we never ruled out helping — we just need a bit more information (such as the name or email of the gift giver) to locate the original order and explore possible options.

I had these brought as a present and the quality is appalling. After just a couple of washes they’ve pulled and look a complete mess. They were brought as a gift with no contact info so I’m sure a replacement pair can’t be arranged to see if this is just a one off, which is unfortunate. I would definitely not buy anything further

Absolutely dreadful

As a gold tier member, I am a longtime buyer of Pandora and I’m really upset with a recent online order and the incredibly poor customer experience following it.
I brought a necklace, and when the necklace was worn it was pulling and pinching my neck. After that, I spoke to someone on the live chat who sent a replacement necklace and the faulty one was returned with confirmation that it had been received. Disappointedly the same issue happened with this one and I once again contacted the live chat and returned the necklace which was confirmed to have been received and was promised a refund within 5-7 days on 18/2/25. However, the refund wasn’t sent. I spoke to customer services by phone and was told the refund had been sent and to speak to the card provider. After contacting them directly they said the refund hasn’t been initiated and to once again contact pandora. On Saturday March 1st I again contacted pandora by live chat and was told the refund had never been sent. I explained the numerous amount of issues and chasing I had done and also that I’d incurred a late fee because of the delay and expressed my disappointment. I was told that within 1-2 days a manager would contact me and that I’d receive an email with a gift for the disappointment, which hasn’t been done.

On Thursday I’ve been sent an email, not a call as previously requested, and given a half hearted apology and offered a 15% discount for a future purchase. After this experience why would I want to shop again at Pandora? I’ve then requested a manager call me and spoke to Mohammed who insists he can do nothing further and can’t pass me onto anybody else and was absolutely dreadful at putting this situation right.

Well done, Pandora. You’ve lost a customer that spends hundreds a year for a situation that wouldn’t have taken much to put right.

Ordered a pair of sketchers shoes as a…

Ordered a pair of sketchers shoes as a Christmas present. The item arrived in a QVC bag with an unmarked shoe box inside where one of the shoes already shows previous wear. The item not being in a sketchers box confirms that this has been previously worn and returned. It is absolutely disgraceful to receive a pair of shoes without the official box, especially when it’s a Christmas present. The shoes are now sold out. I also think items shouldn’t be dispatched in a QVC bag when many items are obviously Christmas presents. No live chat options, slow social media replies and the helpline only ever wants you to return items, and never put the situation right. Absolutely disappointing all round

I am a longtime customer for QVC but…

I am a longtime customer for QVC but the quality, communication and customer care over the last few years have dropped significantly.
I ordered a radley bag which has arrived in the wrong colour, which looking at the reviews online seem like it has been a widespread issue. I was promised a returns label would be sent but haven’t received anything over a week later. I’m unsure if my order for the correct colour has been kept and waiting to be dispatched or if I need to re order. I emailed the CEO over a week ago and I’ve not had any reply. The bag measurements are also completely inaccurate on the item listing and the bag is MUCH smaller than advertised. This has been pointed out on the reviews several times by other customers and the listing hasn’t changed. QVC just do not care about the aftercare of customers. As soon as the moneys been taken, their responsibility and customer care is nonexistant. I am so disappointed on many levels with this situation and it highlights the deep issues of customer care at QVC.
