I am rather miffed at the moment
I am rather miffed at the moment. I cancelled my order 2 weeks ago, took an email and a text to get an answer, to be told it would be cancelled and refunded in a few days. Few days later I receive an email from CS to say they will refund in a few days. Its 2 weeks now, no refund, no notification of refund (which I have asked for)

Review of Oxigen Environmental
Absolutely shocking
Not good at all. Joined 6 weeks ago and have had only 1 collection, even though bins were out the night before. Reported all of the missed collections and nothing. Response was to "leave your bin out at the next pick up time", I was going to do this anyway and hope for the best.
Have now cancelled my contract with them. Panda Waste it is.
Should also add never get a reply to an email to customer service. 3 emails sent and nothing back.
Still no response from an email sent on 12 Jan. My bins are on the road waiting to be collected and nothing.

Don't use. My delivery is delayed 2 days as apparently the address is in a remote part of Scotland. Hardly think the central belt is remote, most densely populated area in Scotland.

I purchased cycle mud guards online. (4 Nov)
I got an email to say what i had ordered wasnt in stock and would I take an alternative.
I took the alternative.
When it arrived I noticed it was smaller than what I had ordered but though it may fit, it didn't. So i drove the hour to Swords to try and exchange the product but was told no, I had to send the part back to Long Mile road, at my expense, which would be more than the part was to buy.
I then emailed eurocycles to inform them of the wrong size etc but still to this day have had no reply 07 Nov. No reply and re-emailed 8th Nov still no reply. Its now a month since the purchase and nothing
So, I will NOT be using eurocycles again
