We knew the Lazyboy sofas we wanted and Georgia, the sales assistant was very well informed about the items. It was an efficient, relaxed process and we were happy to place the order.

The mechanic arrived on time and completed our full service very efficiently. The offside running light bulb was replaced and the servive record book updated. He was very polite and explained the work carried out. Having the service done on our driveway was so much better than visiting a garage and the car was ready too use again in less than two hours. The cost was competitive too and I can thoroughly recommend this RAC service.

ROL staff really do know their stuff. They are able to answer even the more obscure questions and handle the booking process very efficiently. To top it all off bookings earn cruise miles giving money off future bookings.

My wife and I booked a lat minute cruise through Jetline Cruise. The flights were to be from Stanstead but we wished to fly from Manchester. Lucas of Jetline arranged this for us and also the hotel in Marseille pre and post cruise efficiently. He also gave us his direct line number so any issues we might have are addressed by him having taken our booking.

We have used Euroseal for all our double glazing, bargeboards, soffits and guttering. They have enclosed our front porch and even laud a resin double driveway. At the end of May we had our back windows replaced by Euroseal for those we had lnstalled by another company many years ago. As usual, the Euroseal guys arrived on time, worked efficiently and ensured the floors around the work areas were covered and all ares were cleaned up afterwards. They were very polite too and only to happy to answer any questions. We can thoroughly recommend Euroseal for their top quality products and installation.

I ordered the Newport style taps and these were delivered from Dublin a week later. Unfortunately the Surrey style taps were delivered however the customer services department responded quickly and the correct set have been ordered for despatch. These have not yet srrived at the time of this review which is the day after being advised of the new delivery. The Surrey taps are of excellent quality so I have every expectation that the Newport style will be too.

We ordered two Lazy Boy two seater sofas yesterday from ScS at Riverside commercial centre in Warrington. We were assisted by Phillipa who was excellent. She was able to answer all our questions and went through all our options clearly and efficiently. The on-line ordering process was very straightforward and the documentation relating to our purchase was in my e-mail inbox the same afternoon.
Our last sofas and chairs were bought from ScS and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

My wife and I visited our local CurrysPCWorld in Warrington to buy an American style fridge freezer. We wanted a plumb in model and asked to see an advisor about how this is done as the water pipe at the back of the unit looked very small. We waited for about 30 minutes for an advisor to be free as the only one in the store who could talk to us about the plumbing was with another customer. We were surprised that only one advisor was available. Finally the advisor appeared and said that they could plumb in the unit and take away our current fridge freezer for a small charge so we said we would purchase the unit.
When we went to pay we were told that we couldn't be given a delivery date due to the backlog of orders for this model and therefore they could not place an order. We were advised to call back in two weeks but if the offer price was removed in the meantime we would have to pay the new higher price. When we asked if we could order on line as we were happy to wait for delivery we were told the order wouldn't be able to be placed as it was the same system as in store but we could try and see if one became available due to an order cancellation.
Later in the day we tried on line and were able to place an order straightaway for next day delivery! I don't believe this was due to cancellations and our two stars is for the ease of on-line ordering as the in-store experience was a fiasco.

I ordered two budget tyres for a Ford Ka. These were delivered and fitted on the due date and the work was carried out very efficiently. The fitter was polite and checked the other tyres on the car. Post work a report is sent to the customer by e-mail and advises the tread depth on all the tyres, not just those fitted, and for fitted tyres also reports on brake pad depth and brake disc condition.
I have used Tyres on the drive services three times now and have have no regrets. I will certainly use them in the future.
