So called "Customer Support"

Asked so called "customer support" for help with automower issue. Just directed back to dealer. Worse than useless. 1 star was the lowest option or it would have been zero. Not good enough to be even third rate. Will never buy Husqvarna products again.

Delivery was late

Delivery was late, then left jammed in the letterbox making it difficult to remove, plus the packaging was damaged.

Very disappointed in LV

Very disappointed in LV. Was with them for several years until they almost doubled the insurance on a renewal quote. Refused to give me a reason or a sensible price so went elsewhere.

Brittania Bespoke Furniture - Avoid

Trying to deal with this company was a major disappointment. The owner Karl Perry is devoid of any morals scrupals or ethics and in my experience he is despicable, dishonest, unreliable and untrustworthy. Fortunately no money was lost. Avoid this company and find one that treats its potential customers with professional honesty and fairness. This guy doenst know the meaning of professional honesty.
