They leave my package in an unsafe spot.
There is a dropbox for packages right at our door. It is large and impossible to miss. I large sign reads, Package Dropbox, on the front.
E mile express driver has left packages on the floor next to the dropbox. We have had two package thefts over the last year due to delivery not put into drop box. Customer support have been notified in the past about this. They were unresponsive.

It was my first time order of this nature.
My order was over $4000 U.S.
I was uncertain and had questions.
Sam was patient and helpful.
There was a shortage of 2 items I ordered but we were able to find replacement choices.

Order arrived with no issues.
The stones are quite impressive!

I will order again.

The product I ordered was delivered from UK to Canada with no issue. I have not been able to verify the actual ingredients of the product yet, which I intend to do, but I have no reason to suspect the ingredients or concentration are anything other than stated on the website.

I purchased two Paysafe cards.
I had some issues with the first order. Discovering how/where to find 16 number PIN put me into a worry about the order not being completed properly, but an email to the company brought a FAST reply on how to find the needed PIN.
I find the fee a little bit on the high side.
It would be nice to be able to buy the card in U.S. funds but mine were for 50 canadian dollars, and 10 canadian dollars.
I would have preferred to have been able to get 50 U.S. dollars, that way I would not have needed to buy another card.
I would give 5 stars if the fee were lower.
But the transaction went well, and it is conveniant to be able to buy a prepaid card online.

A very good company for a well arranged tour and accommodations.

Nicole at Goway did a great job setting us up with a tour package that fit our time frame. I was happy to have all bookings and travel arrangements handled for me. Not having to rent a car and drive ourselves was a welcomed break.
There was a glitch or two however. One shuttle did not show up at the hotel and it was past the pick up time I had confirmed the day before. I called the shuttle company to inquire. After some investigation on the part of the shuttle company, I was told to take a taxi to the bus depot and the $5 would be returned to me when I boarded the bus that would be taking us on the tour. However the bus driver refused to refund the $5 and said I would have to get it through the tour organizer company. To this day I am not sure if I have my refund. It is a very small matter, but it should have been taken care of better.
The hotels ranged from very comfortable to acceptable. The lesser quality hotels/inn was in a more remote area with limited higher end hotels.
We had a good time, there was enough time in many areas for us to do some exploration on our own time, but the tour itinerary was at times quite demanding to keep up with.
Highlights of the tour were Rotarua, the scenery between many destinations, and the Wellington zoo and some museums we went to.
