Taking money, no returns, unable to cancel subscription/insurance before one year, even tho they told me, that it was able to cancel it before certain timeline. Went to vet with my dog, took almost two months to get any kind of decision there - now it has been a week since I have been waiting for they either positive or negative decision to get some money refund for that visit. Most likely not, because hey, it is Agria. Overall bad experience. Every channel where to contact tells to contact somewhere else. I have had several insurance companies over the years but never nothing like this.

This was my second time using Blacklane. Comparison to my first experience, this was not as good the first one. Chaffeur was bit late and was hard time to find us. After that we needed to walk a bit to the car. For first experience, there was chaffeur waiting already outside the airport with good name tags on him, and car was right in front of the exit. Experience as this, I would like to have it as it was first time. However, chaffeur was super nice and apologied of this inconvenience. Therefore I am gonna rate this experience 4/5. Hopefully third time will be more like first one. I am still highly recommending the service, because it can give you a bit luxury experience in your ordinary life xx
