Friendly, helpful and efficient assistance from Sandra to make some changes to my Care Hire Excess policy.
I have used Worldwide Travel Insurance for several years for this coverage - its always a very easy process and much more cost effective than using the hire company or even third party booking platforms coverage.
Review of Panache Cruises
It is SO easy to actually speak to a human being at Panache. Not just when it comes to the initial booking, but importantly after that as your departure date approaches.
That is a very important attribute, but it can't be said for many of the other Cruise Agents.
Our normal contact was not working when we called, but Nicola quickly understood our requests and very efficiently was able to lead us to the booking.
Happy to use Panache again this time and in the future.

No delivery of my order - paid in full and including delivery charges. The tracking shows that it was not delivered because the receiver had no cash to pay for it! Noone has contact me for delievery (or payment).
Like others, i have made contact to the AI chat and also by email - 5 times this week - but not even acknowledgement.
This looks like a scam - be careful!
