This would have been a 5 star review as odering the item, delivery time, the quality of packing and the item where all as require. Unfortunately the carrier delvered item to the wrong building. JL's responce was appropriate and quick.

The website was clear and easy to use. Had occasion to use the call team who were friendly, professional, spoke cleary and were patient with my limited tech skills.
