Outstanding service, super fast dispatch, parts arrived very next day. Awesome.

The service provided was excellent including a last minute change to our required drop off. The adjustment for the drop off was very easy to organise.

The Brooklyn Tuff Bowl is brilliant. Holds plenty of water for the dogs and it doesn't over heat or get dragged around the house like others have.
The Brooklyn store has been awesome to deal with initially for the Brooklyn beds and again for the Tuff Bowl.

I use PB Tech both personally and in my business role.
Personally I find pricing to be very competitive and their service is superb. Placing and order over Christmas period a d the item turned up last than 48hrs later.
In my business role PB Tech is usually the first port if call for many items, knowing that what's reported as in stock means it is and in most cases we can collect same day from the local store. Items shipped are also typically with the carried within hours of the order being placed. Absolutely brilliant.

The initial contact and first sitters were great. But since then we've struggled get any sitters through the service and the last one left the house needing a bloody good clean up and we also noted a change in the digs behaviour. We've not used the service since

Sceptical about the Viator service having previously burnt by another service but everything went great and have now used this for several booking of different activities.

Unable to locate the required part here in NZ I turned to the internet for help. Top search was Partmaster. They had the part available, shipped to NZ and had a great price.
Ordering was painless and the confirmation and follow up communication excellent.
