I love Simmer! I am actually wearing her today! I also love Chiquel, it is quickly becoming my favorite alternative hair place, which is a big plus as there are so many options out there. I love your influencers and educators. I wish I had half the knowledge when I bought my first human hair wig. Made some expensive mistakes. I plan to visit the store someday, it will be a hike though, 18 hours to Dallas or 7 hours to KC. I want to move outside my normal brown colors and see what other colors will compliment my skin tone!

The shopping is great, the downside is you need to really plan ahead if you are buying for an occasion as shipping is very lengthy. That is my only complaint. I am sure they are shipping from overseas thus the long wait.

Chiquel is quickly becoming my favorite alternative hair company. I love their online presence—their influencers are so down-to-earth, relatable, and they do an amazing job showcasing the wigs. I seriously have to stop watching because they keep tempting me to buy more!

My only complaint is that I wish they processed and shipped orders more quickly. It often takes 10–14 days before I receive a purchase. Since they’re located in Kansas, I would have expected faster turnaround, especially considering I’m only two states away.

I wanted to return a batch of items but after credit was given I still had no address as to where I could return. I wrote customer service for an address with the expectation that I would be paying for the return shipping. Customer service was very responsive. I was very surprised they did not want the merchandise back and they told me to keep it. What? Okay, I gave to a family member.
I ended up purchasing something more suitable. I have found that their merchandise is very well made And they have great prices. I especially like their denim shorts and athletic wear.

Loved everything. It fit well, great quality, great material. I only ordered a couple of things to be sure the quality was up to standards and it was. Only bummer is the length of time it takes to receive. If you have an event that you are planning for, be sure to order at least a month in advance. But don't hesitate.

If you want a logo designed, this is the company to use, no question! Excellent service, creative team and communication!

Received my slippers in decent time, bummed though, because I should have ordered a size larger, ordered 9, and they are snug at the toes, so order up. I thought with the back heal the way it was designed, a 9 would be ok, but tight.

Cool design, will probably order the black soles, as the red/orange ones don't necessarily blend in with every outfit when you want to wear them out. My heated floors went out, so these keep my feet nice and toasty on the cold tiles.
