The website was very easy to follow and to place an order. I needed a couple of changes which a quick phone call sorted and an email conversation was also very useful. I was cautious but everyone was very helpful and everything went very smoothly

Packaging was damaged

The delivery itself was very good, steep hill and narrow doorway. However getting a delivery date was not so good. No delivery date given when ordering and paying, on calling customer care I am told that if the delivery date is not convenient cancel the order and a refund will be given. When I do get a date I am able to arrange a day off work but the day before I get a message saying it will be the day after! No good at all. However the message says to phone the delivery company if the date is not convenient, not cancel it. I was pleased about that part, arranged another date that would have someone in to receive the delivery and gave a different number to call on the day. I received a phone call on the delivery day from the delivery team, I said 'were you not given a different number to call' response 'no' So gave them the new number, again. A couple of hours later I receive another phone call, a terse response of 'you or your partner were given a different number to call' no response, they hung up. The other number was called and the delivery was a success
The whole experience was just rather irritating

Both of the plumbers I dealt with were very clear on their proposed works and made sure I was happy with what they planned. Very pleasant young men who cleaned up afetr themselves.

There have been errors on two deliveries but immediately resolved satisfactorily
