Incomprehensible confusion with invoices. Double and triple billing and then threats with penalties.
Reminders for invoices that are still in the future! Horrible customer service, cannot get anyone on the phone to sort out the ongoing messes. I suppose they just hope that people give up and just pay! Don`t let them have it.
