I ordered a parasol from Argos, but it was sent to me broken, anyway went to Argos, but they said I had to get onto the company that supplied it..so it took ages and it is still in my cupboard waiting for collection, that means I have to stay in all day to tomorrow (thats when they said they will pick it up) so not very happy about that either.

To be honest I should have put 4 stars, as I booked and paid online, but could not get the policy up, so I phoned the company, answered very quickly (which makes a change from some companies), and the woman was very helpful, she told me that she would send the policy through the post. As I am not computer savvy, she was very good , and I am very pleased with the company.

Putting instruction on how to open the tin on the label. Explain also that it is extremely difficult to open, and more so if you are a woman with not a lot of strength.

I did not think the person that answered the phone was very good. She was not at all friendly, seemed like just get the answers down and get off the phone. I have dealt with other Insurance companies and mostly their staff are nice and friendly. Saying that she got the details down and I bought the policy.

Well, he rang the bell.....I opened the door, and he delivered the parcel.

I have many of these cropped trousers in all different colours, they wash beautifully (no ironing needed). You can wear them casually or formally, they look great with heels or flats. They are also very comfortable to wear. I would certainly recommend these trousers.

I decided to book a Warners holiday to Gunton Hall. Tried phoning, eventually a chap answered who explained there were no operators free, but someone would phone me back (that was a week ago), still no phone call. I then decided to book online which I managed to do, and paid deposit. I should have looked at all these reviews before I booked, as I am now worried as they want the balance of the holiday to be paid in June (we are not going till September). If things change with covid and we cannot go, looks like they do not like giving refunds. I have also Emailed them, but no reply. Something seriously wrong with customer service.

I attended my appointment with Keyla de Magalhaes on the 4th September. Previous to this I had been having pain and discomfort in my ear since March. I had seen two Nurse practitioners, who both prescribed antibiotics and nasal spray. on my last visit the Dr looked into my ear and said he would refer me to ENT. I was told I had a swollen ear drum. I decided to make an appointment for a hearing test, as felt I could not hear so well. On 4th September(after all these months) I met with Keyla. As soon as she looked in my ear she said she could see a foreign object, she brought it up on her screen and showed me. I could see straight away it was the rubber end off my headphones which I use for listening to music. She kindly removed it for me. I was relieved it was nothing worse. She was so lovely kind, but very professional. I could not thank her enough.

Ordered the sandals, which is the second pair, as I love them, within a matter of a few days they arrived, perfectly packed...excellent service!

I ordered online, but pressed the wrong button to pay for the sandals, as I wanted to pay with Paypal, but paid with Pay, which I had not heard of. I phoned the company, and the young lady was so helpful, cancelled the order, and then she took my order over the phone and I received the sandals in a couple of days, and they are lovely, fit perfect, will buy from them again.

It was very easy. Went on to a compare site, this one came up as one of the cheaper policies. I have to give my husbands medical conditions..they also sent the policy by post which arrived a few days later.

Extremely pleased with our 3 items from Victoria Plumbing, Toiler roll holder, soap dish and towel ring. Very good price for excellent looking fittings, would use them again,
