Great choice and straightforward ordering but paid for quick delivery with a email saying it would be delivered by a due date and wasn’t.

Great shop and great customer service. I placed an order and needed to do an exchange. Dealt with Ash in customer service who dealt with my issue efficiently and promptly. Ash followed up with emails to see was everything in order and offered further support when I came in for pick up. Highly recommend!

Not impressed
Ordered a poster on 1st December for a Xmas gift. Still no sign of it on 20th of December. Went into live chat and over 200 ahead of me. When it was my turn the person said I was talking to so and so and that was it no other communication. I had to start the live chat again and waiting nearly another hour and when I got someone they said it must of got lost and we’ll send another one but delivery date will be 7th January. No use for a Christmas gift. Never received the other.

Chain turned black
Bought a cross and chain for my mam. Delivery was late even though it was guaranteed to be on time and 6 months later the chain has turned black. Was not cheap by any means. I’m am mortified. Read a review about fake jewellery after I ordered.

Rude guy with long ginger hair
Went in for a make up analysis. Spoke with a guy on Mac counter. Long ginger hair mid 20s. Told him what I was looking for. He didn’t listen. Poured the opposite of what I asked for into a jar. I told him that’s not what I wanted and he said that’s all they have. The make up is more orange than his hair. Extremely rude!
