Blue bullet crimps were less than useless, they were crimped on using the correct tool and they fell off every time. Luckily found an old one made by a different company and it fitted like a glove. Contacted Toolstation and they refunded me the full amount after I left this review

Wild Life festival tickets, money reserved twice but taken once. Left with nothing in the bank

I purchased four Wild Life Testival tickets as a local resident from the Shoreham Centre on Thursday the 29th Jan. When I checked my bank statement later that day Ticketmaster had reserved the payment twice so it took my available balance down to nearly zero. I went into my local bank who said I would have to contact Ticketmaster Customer Services and arrange to cancel one payment. After nearly two hours on the phone at my cost I was promised only one payment would be taken and my available balance would be back to normal within 3 working days at the very longest. I had to borrow money to buy groceries and pay some end of the month bills. Sure enough Ticketmaster took one payment of £435.60 on Saturday 31st but my available balance was still £435.60 short of the total amount and it still is on Thursday 5th February. I've phoned customer services again yesterday ( another 20 mins at my cost) and they assured me the matter will be resolved and they would phone me back ( which they havent)
I'm absolutely disgusted at the whole fiasco and will not be using Ticketmaster ever again

Hi Dave – we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand that there was a faulty chip and pin machine at the outlet where you bought your tickets, which unfortunately meant that the funds showed as pending in your account. We do fully appreciate the inconvenience that this caused for you, and we’d just like to assure you that this isn’t a common occurrence. We understand that this was resolved for you over the phone by one of our Customer Service managers, and are pleased to hear that you now have the funds back in your account.

We're sorry again for the inconvenience this caused you, but we do hope that you enjoy Wild Life later this year.
