I tried the rescue balm for my 12 year old daughter’s eczema last year in desperation after many courses of steroids from the GP and dermatologist which did not help. She also had several infections after being given steroids which made her skin much worse.
Now about six months after starting to use rescue balm her skin is back to normal so much so that the dermatologist has said she doesn’t need to see them anymore! I was initially very skeptical about this cream but could not believe the difference it made! Thank you so much Thunderbird Skin.
The rescue balm is not cheap but a small amount goes a long way and worth every penny!

Ordered an oven bulb - arrived promptly. Excellent value
Only thing that was not positive was the amount of packing send with the bulb which could have been wrapped in bubble wrap in a package small enough to come through the letter box. Instead it was in a larger than A4 size box - postman had to make two trips to deliver it, not good overall for the environment
Please consider using more appropriate and environmentally friendly packing

Well made and great looking pair of shoes.
Overall quite comfortable but a bit on the small size (I am a UK size 5 and ordered the same size - hoping they will settle down after some wearing in),

Excellent quality products but giving only 3 starts based on customer service.
Ordered 4 items in the sale online but only two arrived. On contacting customer services, it was identified that one item was out of stock hence they offered a refund. Remaining item received the following day but will waiting for the refund more than 2 weeks later.

Excellent and efficient service. Have used them at least 4 times now and no problems at all.

I ordered a Bobble Art bag for my daughter which arrived promptly. A lovely good quality product.
